Negotiations 2023-24

USD 261 suggested that negotiations move to impasse.  They will be meeting with their attorneys.  We sadly agree that there has not been any  movement forward.

USD 261 has stated they have not yet done an audit for 2022-23.  (It is normally completed by September). 
USD 261 will not provide detailed reports on the activity fund that has significant unusual amounts of exactly $600,000 and $100,000.
