Member Concerns

1. Visit with your building adminstrator, if you feel comfortable doing so.

2. Visit with your HEA building representative. They will guide you to the next step:

• • • visit with building administrator with or for you

    • if a resolution cannot be reached at the building level, they will contact HEA Leadership

    • HEA Leadership Team will discuss and clarify the issue, get advice from KNEA, and either contact district leadership and/or forward to HEA Grievance Team
